With the coming of New Year of 2021, Pearl Electric held annual tug-of –wars competition for all staff on 13^th January. Everyone actively engage in the competition. There are 5 teams enrolled in this game, included office back-up I team, office back-up II team, winding workshop team, final-assembly workshop team, and integrated system workshop team.
At 3 P.M, every participant line up neatly in the central road. Each team held their team flag and entered orderly toward competition area. And other staff began to crowd to watch this exciting competition and cheer participant up. Everyone was immersed in a pleasant atmosphere with big smile their faces.
As the whistle was blown, the sever competition began. Each team member pulled their rope to their team side as hard as could. At the same time, the audience cheered their favorite teams. In several games, the two sides were well-matched. The members were flushed, stamped their feet and clung to the rope. No one was willing to be defeated easily. Enthusiastic audiences craned their necks and cheered excitedly. They took out their mobile phones to record this wonderful moment. A hot atmosphere drove away the cold winter.

After ten fierce competitions, the final results are as follows:
1^st: Final assembly workshop team
2^nd: Winding workshop team
3^rd: Office back-up I team
Although the intense and wonderful tug of war competition in 2021 has come to an end, the spirit of the Pearl staff's continuous struggle will never come to an end. Let's stride towards a better 2021 with confidence and passion and continue to write a brilliant chapter of the Pearl!
