Design details
1. Every Pearl's Transformer is designed to actual dimensions in 3D CAD system ackage to ensure the correct fixing of all fittings and accessories.
2.The transformer's core is produced by using interleaved laminations of cold rolled, grain orientated, low loss electrical sheet steel conforming to international standards. The core employs a mitred step-lap design ensuring minimum noise and loss levels with uniform flux distribution throughout the magnetic circuit.
3.The LV winding of Pearl's transformer is manufactured with high quality foil conductor or copper wire, and the ampere-turn is balanceable. The additional loss is low and the ability of antii-short is improved.
4. The HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper wire and excellent design structure. It improves the distribution of electric field.
