As the product successfully passed the test, Pearl Electric added new products that gain technological breakthroughs in the field of wind power.

The world's biggest continental towers dry-type transformer

Continental towers dry-type transformer is insulated inside the fan tower. Because of the characteristics of the operating environment such as the limited space , poor heat dissipation in tower and frequent changes in the operating load of large fans, it has higher technical for transformer’s miniaturization, heat dissipation, safety, reliability and other performance parameters. Innovation and development, win-win cooperation. Pearl Electric Team was cooperating with Envision Energy Company. We finished to manufacturing the world’s biggest continental tower dry type transformer (7200kVA / 35kV) and passed the test successfully.

The largest capacity offshore dry-type transformer

Offshore wind power has large development potential and broad market prospects. Pearl Electric Team and Envision Energy team worked together to conquer technical challenge integrate technical resources and give full play to the strength of the team. We achieved many breakthroughs in product researching & developing, technical innovation and professional construction, etc. We finished manufacturing dry-type transformer (7930kVA/35kV) for offshore wind turbine cabin. Currently the product prototype has passed the test at one time and has been delivered for use. This project is the first batch-produced dry-transformer for offshore wind turbine cabins by Pearl Electric, and it is also the largest-capacity offshore dry-transformer in China.
